EXTRAORDINARY VACANCY, IN pursuance of the provisions of the Local Elections and Polls Act, 1908, I hereby give notice that an election of one member of the Havelock Town Board will be held on Monday, April Bth, to fill the vacancy caused by the retirement of W. H. Orsman, Esq.
