TOWN BOARD RESIGNATIONS.
(To the Editor.)
Sir,—l noticed in your report of the Havelock Town Board meeting held on the 13th inst. that the chairman referred in “scathing terms” to the actionof members retiring over such a trivial matter. As there are always two sides to a question, perhaps the chairman will explain the position—from his point, through the columns of your valuable paper ? I am, etc., RATEPAYER.
