HEAVY FIGHTING CONTINUES. LONDON, April 29. Sir Douglas Haig reports: Severe fighting, in which wc had the advantage, lasted all day from the Scarpe river to tho Achevillc-Vimy road. Wc captured Arleux and tho enemy’s positions on a front of over two miles north and south of the village.
