Christchurch, Last Night. At Addington to-day the yarding of store sheep was smaller than that of the previous week, but the quality was better. .Ewes formed the larger part, the balance being chiefly hoggets and a "few pens of wethers. The range of prices was—Hoggets, good ewes, 12s 9d to 13s, wethers lls to lls 7d, medium mixed sexes 9s 9d to 10s, small sorts to 8s 4d; wethers, forward sorts, 15s to 16s 78, fair sorts 14s to 15s, low conditioned 2-tooths 10a to 12s 6d; ewes, Specially good 2-tootb balfbreds 19s 7d, others 15s 6d to 16s; 4,6, and 8-tooths 14s 9d, sound-mouth lls to 13s, low-conditioned sorts 10s to lls, aged 5s 6d to 7s 6d, good ewes and lambs 9s 6d, all counted. The entry of fat sheep was not quite equal to that of last week, the bulk being wethers. There,was an active demand. Prime wethers ndadeup to 37a, prime 23a to 28s 9d, others 16s 6d to 22s 6d, prime ewes 20s to 25s Id, others 15s to 19s 6d, hoggets 14s 4d to 17s 3d, merino wethers 18s to 235, merino ewes 12s.
