A COMPLAINT.

TO THE EDITOR.' SIR,—On Wednesday and Thursday last several householders living on the Terrace were put to a great inconvenience through the water having been turned off without tho Usual and proper notice being given. As the water was turned off from about 8 a.m. until 12 it was impossible for us to get water for our use in preparing the mid-day meal. Hoping that the next time tho water is to bo stopped duo notice will be given.—l am, etc., Jas. Gorrie.
