Reid, Sutton, Cohen, and others, whose elections were irregular, has been laid aside by the Legislative Council, and is now to be re-introduced. An inter-colonial crieket-match, Victoria versus New South Wales, commenced here yesterday. The Home team went in first, and were all put out for 169 runs. At the close of the day’s play the Victorians had lost two wickets for 23 runs. Tile match was resumed this morning) Adelaide, Feb. 9. To-day’s quotations for wheat are—buyers, 3s. fid.; sellers, 4s, Flour has slightly recovered the recent fall, Town brands are now quoted at £9 15s. to £lO ; country ditto, £8 10s. to £8 15s.
