(own correspondent.) Wellington, Friday. At the District Court yesterday, before Judge Ward, the application by a bankrupt for an order of discharge was opposed by the Assigned because the sum of £lO costs due to the .latter had not yet been paid. The Assignee’s counsel referred to the ruling of the Supreme Court J udges in support of his contention. The Judge emphatically declined to be guided by such an unwarrantably wrong order. The discharge was granted.
