Kaiti Block.

THE DIVISION EFFECTED. This block was again before the Court at 10 o’clock yesterday morning, and as the claimants were likely to come to some, arrangement and to settle the boundary line if allowed a little further time to arrange some minor differences as to where the line should be drawn between two points, the Chief Judge adjourned until 2 o’clock to give a filial chance of agreeing. At two the Court again met, and a'ter a short time Mr Flarris’ and Reparata's boundaries were marked off on the tna|i with the consent of all parties and to the evident satisfaction of the presiding judges, who have been most painstaking, in their endeavour to make flier- division of this very valuable block acceptable to, till parties concerned.

The Court then adjourned until the I Sth of January, when the subdivisions wi.Uhe made, and each individual claim marked on, if the claimants so desire. The public should feel much indebted to the Judges for finally placing the Kaiti Block in a fair way of being dealt with, and also placing the titles in such a condition that no further.trouble may arise through not being able to ascertain the right owners. Throughout the whole conduct of the case Mr E. Harris has given the Court every assistance, and has shown himself anxious to facilitate the division which appears to have given every satisfaction to all parties.
