The Bulgarian-Servian War

(own correspondent.) London, Dec. 10. It is expected that the war between Bulgaria and Servia will be resumed. Forty Servian cowards have been shot for having mutilated themselves to prevent their taking part in any. engagement. Dec. 12. The Times this morning states that Russia, Austria, and Germany have agreed to abandon the demand recently promulgated by them for the restoration of status quo ante in the Balkan Peninsula. Dec. 13. Both Bulgaria and Servia have invoked the aid of European powers, with .1 view of effecting a settlement of. the present hostilities between the two countries, and the Powers have appointed a Commissioner to demarcade zone, dividing their territories, and arrange for a four weeks armistice. Despite this however King Milan reports officially to the Powers that the Bulgarian troops made an attack on the Servian outposts yesterday. The account of the engagement further states that after severe lighting the Servians dislodged the Bulgarians from their position at Velikizvar, killing and wounding many.
