THE ROUMELIAN TROUBLE.
(OWN CORRESPONDENT.) Constantinople, Nov. 4. Prince Alexander of Bulgaria is using all his influence to solidify the union between Bulgaria and Roumelia. News from Servia states that King Milan is proceeding to Pirot, on the western frontier, where the head quarters of the Servian army is situated. It is considered that war between Bulgaria and Servia inevit .ble, unless status quo be restored The Comerence on Roumelian affairs assembles to-morrow Germany, Russia, and Austria favor the contention of Great Britain, France, and Italy, and oppose a simple restoration to status quo ante tn Bulgaria and Roumelia.
