(own correspondent.) London. November 3. The result of the annual municipal elections shows that the majority are Tories. The further emigration of Germans to New Guinea will be discouraged after the end of this year. Nov. 5, The Marquis of Salisbury addressed a public meeting at Lambeth last night.
