THE ROUMELIAN TROUBLE.
(own correspondent.) Belgrade, Nov. i. The Bulgarians have established a blockade on the western frontier, and threaten to shoot any Servians found crossing into Bulgarian territory. King Milan of Servia has issued instructions to his troops to retaliate, should violence be offered to them, In consequence of the threatening aspect of affairs numbers of Servians are leaving the town of Wedden, and taking refuge on Servian territory.
