THE ROUMELIAN TROUBLE.
(OWN CORRESPONDENT.) London, October ■9. It is reported that the Porte has decided to recognise Prince Alexander as ruler over Roumelia. A hitch has arisen in connection with the conference to consider the Roumelian difficulty, and the conferors of Russia, Austria and Germany are desirous that affairs should be restored to status quo, whilst England, France and Italy are willing to accept the union.
