THE ROUMELIAN TROUBLE.
(own correspondent.) Belgrade, Oct. 7. A division of the Servian army have been instructed to proceed to the frontier, and is marching in that direction. London, October 5. In consequence of the Roumelian complications, Servia has raised her standing army to 100,000 men by calling out the first-class reserve. Constantinople, Oct. 8. A deputation of Bulgarian notables arrived here to-day to lay their views before the Sultan. Austria has withdrawn her support from Servia.
