The German-Spanish Trouble.
(own correspondent.) London, Sept. ro. It is believed that the Emperor William will abandon all designs on the I’oroline Islands, provided the Spanish Government can effectively prove their authority over them. In consequence of the pacific attitude of Germany in the matter, public feeling is becoming more calm in Madrid.
