SIDNEY, July 1. In the Supreme Court to-day, the action Adams v. Commissioner of Railways, in which plaintiff claimed compensation for injuries received in a railway accident at Cootamundra, in January last, concluded after a protracted hearing, extending oyer three weeks. Tl;e jury returned a verdict for defendant.
