ARREST OF BRITONS
JAPANESE SUSPICIOUS (Reed. March 29, 3 p.m.) TOKIO, March 28. Two officers and one member of the crew of the British freighter Nailseamoor have been arrested at Formosa for allegedly photographing areas of the fortified zone.
