GANDHI'S CASE UPHELD
REFORMS IN RAJKOT DELHI, March 19. The Chief Justice of India, Sir Maurice Gwyer, has ruled in Mahatma Gandhi's favour, holding that Thakor Saheb, ruler of Rajkot, committed a breach of the agreement under which Mr. V. Patel, Nationalist, had fuU authority to select seven members of the Rajkot reforms committee.
