INCREASED PATRONAGE
MUNICIPAL BUS REVENUE As a result of increased patronage, tiie revenue earned by the Gisborne municipal buses during the fortnight ended March 12 showed an increase of .82d per mile, compared with the corresponding period last vear. The revenue for the past period averaged 12.(i8d per mile, compared witli L1.86d a year ago. Fares and subsidies collected totalled £334 18s lid, and 6330 miles were run, 28,534 passengers (being carried. During the corresponding fortnight last year, the figures were £3ll l?s lid. 6309 miles and 28.281 passengers.
