AUSTEAIVLAN RESPONSE (Reed. March 21, 2 p.m.) MELBOURNE, March 21. The Prime Minister of Australia, Mr. J. A. Lyons, said that the Federal Cabinet would meet in Melbourne today and the High Commissioner, Mr. 3. M. Bruce, had delayed Ms departure for London to be available for consultation.
