POLISH SCHOOLCHILDREN DISASTER WHILE SKATING SUDDEN CRACKING OF ICE (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. March 21, 9 a.m.) WARSAW, March 20. Forty-live school children, aged from seven to nine years, were drowned while skating on Lake Krzemienee. The ice cracked suddenly. The children were members of a school excursion and of the total, only three were saved.
