BRITAIN AND GERMANY HOPES OF UNDERSTANDING (Reed. March 14, 2 p.m.) LONDON. March 13. Mr. Peter Bennett, the president of the British Industries Federation and nine delegates left to-day for Germany for trade talks. Mr. Bennett said that the discussions were being held with German industrialists in order to decide on a basis of collaboration to' remove difficulties inherent in the existing agreements.
