SINGAPORE EXERCISES
OVER 25 WARSHIPS AIR FORCE AND FORTS (Reed. March 14, 9 a.m.) SINGAPORE, March 13. Over 25 warships from the China station and the East Indies have begun a combined fleet, fortress and air force exercises. A black-out of the island, lasting seven hours, will end the manoeuvres on Thursday.
