OBJECTION TO BURIAL
DAUGHTERS KEEP CORPSE MOTHER'S BODY IN HOUSE PATHETIC SYDNEY CASK, (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. March 14, 9 a.m.) SYDNEY. March 13. The skeleton of a woman, 91 years of age, who had beea dead for some months, was found to-day in the suburb of Belmore in a house where the dead woman's four daughters were living. The discovery followed a visit by a minister, who when he asked one daughter how her mother was, was informed that she had died in November. The police were notified and the body was found lying in a bed neatly covered with blankets. One daughter told the police that it was the will of God that her mother was not buried.
The four daughters were removed to a reception house.
The police stated the case'was the most pathetic one of religious mania that had' come under their notice for many years.
