CRITICISM IN GERMANY
LONDON PAPER QUOTED LONDON, Feb. 28. German radio stations are broadcasting the Daily Mail’s recent leading article criticising the British Broadcasting Corporation’s news bulletins as evidence of the unreliability of the 8.8.C.’s news broadcasts in German. The 8.8.C.’s weekly magazine, The Listener, replying to criticism of its news bulletins by writers of letters to The Times, says that readers of The Times do not realise that news is not necessarily non-existent merely because it does not appear in The Times.
