BRITISH POLICY ASSAILED SYMPATHY WITH ARABS (Reed. March 13, 2.15 p.m.) , TRIPURA. March 12. The Indian National Congress assembly concluded after passing resolutions dissociating itself with the British foreign policy as aiding the Fascist Powers, demanding Indian self-determination, paying tribute to tin: Palestinian Arabs, and deploring the deterioration of the position of Indians overseas, especially throughout the Empire.
