CALL TO SLOVAK PEOPLE RESISTANCE TO PRAGUE "TERRORIST" USURPERS SUPPORT OF GERMANS (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Mar. 13, 2.40 p.m.) LONDON, Mar. 12. A message from Prague states that M. Maestny, the Czechoslovak Minister to Berlin, has protested to Germany against the tone of the broadcast on Friday by M. Durcanski, who said he was "the only legal spokesman of Slovak nationals, and called on Slovaks to resist the terrorist Czech usurpers, and assured his followers that the Germans were supporting them. He has abandoned his intention of going to Berlin. A Vienna message states that M. Durcanski, in a further wireless broadcast to-day again appealed to the Slovaks to resist the Prague Government and prophesied that the decisive hour was approaching.
