PRIVY COUNCIL APPEAL
LEAVE GRANTED (Pur Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this da}. The Court of Appeal met this morning to decide fixtures for the session which .commences this afternoon. It also granted final leave to appeal to the Privy Council in the case oi the Commissioner of Taxes versus the Timaru Herald Company, Limited.
