INCORRECT STATEMENT
ACTION OF INSPECTOR (I>or Press Association.) ASHBURTON, this day. A Press Association message on March 3 regarding the dismissal of a case involving the use of a garden hose, stated that the inspector had been in the habit for years of getting a justice of the peace, who was a member of the borough council, to sign summonses. This statement ;s incorrect, the matter having arisen only in connection with the case then before the court.
