There is no official confirmation of ’ a report that appears in a London '■ newspaper declaring that there lias been a “sensational change in Herr Hitler’s policy.” £ First, it is stated, Herr Hitler is now * prepared to bargain for colonies, instead of demanding a world-wide reconsideration and pooling of colonies on the basis of national populations, giving Germany colonies in addition to her former colonies. Secondly, it is said, he is willing to offer far-reaching non-aggression pacts, guaranteeing peace for from 25 to 50 years. Thirdly, he undertakes to refrain s from establishing naval bases in the *■ new colonies. y Fourthly, he is prepared to abolish submarines and bombing aeroplanes. The report does not appear in any other English newspaper.
