LONDON DISCUSSIONS (British Official Wiroluss.) Reed. 1 p.m. RUGBY, Mar. 10. The Colonial Secretary, Mr. Malcolm MacDonald, and the Foreign Under-Secretary, Mr. R. A. Butler, met some representatives of the Agudath Israel organisation, who advanced the special point of view of the non-Zionist orthodox Jewish community. General discussions of an informal character were continued in the course of the afternoon with representatives of the Arab States.
