*». ENGLAND-DURBAN TRIP SPEEDY NEW LINER (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Shaw, Savill Company has received a radio message from its new liner Dominion Monarch, which is now crossing the Indian Ocean from Capetovv'.i to Fremantle, that she is travelling at full speed and is scheduled to take nine and a half days from Durban, thus breaking all records from South Africa to Australia. The liner broke the England-Durban record by nearly 3G hours with a passage of 15 days 21 hours 16 minutes. She was delayed by fog on the coast near the Cape of Good Hope for 13 hours. At Durban the ship received a tumultuous reception from 40,000 people, and it is estimated that 15,000 inspected her, while thousands were turned away.
