COTTON INDUSTRY
REORGANISATION PLAN BILL FOR PARLIAMENT (British Official Wirolnm.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY. March D. The president of the Board of Trade, Mr. Oliver Stanley, announced in the House of Commons the Government's decision to proceed with the bill embodying proposals for the reorganisation of the cotton industry and of the joint committee of cotton trade organisations, the draft of which was the subject of a recent ballot in the industry. The 'bill, which will follow closely the draft published last year, will be introduced in the House of Commons next week.
