At least 60 bombs were dropped. There were 1500 casualties. A Tokio message qu'otes a Japanese field dispatch stating that air units raided Yungchang, Liangchow, Lingliang and Sianfu and military establishments were effectively bombed. MILLIONS FOR CAMPAIGN
TOKIO PASSES BUDGET (Reed. March 10, 9 a.m.) TOKIO, March 9. The Japanese Parliament unanimously passed the extraordinary military budget of £270,000,000 for the China campaign.
