IN DIVORCE
DECREE NISI GRANTED

A decree nisi was granted in the Supreme Court to-day by Mr. Justice Northcroft, to Frank Louis Joseph Nathan, who sought a divorce from Phyllis Finlay Nathan, on the grounds of .separation for a period of three years. Petitioner deposed that he had been married since 1927, and had lived with his wife at various places, finally settling in Tokomaru Bay. There wer„- ;wo children. In 1925 he and his wife separated by agreement, and they had not since lived together. Neither he nor his wife bad charge of the children during the separation. He and His wife had met on one occasion to discuss arrangements for the children, the conversation being brief. Arnold Rex Oates, Tokomaru Bay, gave evidence as to the term of the separation. Mr. J. Todd appeared for the petitioner. ■
