ARREST OF SUSPECTS ARMY DISAFFECTION (Indepwnlont Onlilo Service.) (Reed. March 8, 9 a.m.) BAGDAD, March 7. A royal decree enforces martial law at Rashind. six miles from Bagdad, where the army headquarters are situated, and in the neighbouring districts. The imposition was necessitated by mischief-makers who (attempted to deceive a number of army officers, but the army as a whole is loyal. A number of suspects have been arrested.
