BRITISH ENVOY’S MISSION BERLIN DISCUSSIONS (British Official Wireless.) Rccd. 9 a.m. RUGBY, March (i. The Under-Secretary for Foreign .Affairs, Mr. R. A. Ashiton-Gwatkin recently visited Berlin in his capacity as head of the economic section of the Foreign Office to renew personal contact with German officials and to exchange views with them on the general economic situation.
