CLOSE COLLABORATION FOREIGN POLICY AIMS (Reed. March 8, 9 a.m.) LONDON, March 7. Messages from Warsaw _ state that the Rumanian Foreign Minister, JpL Grigore Gafencu, and the Foil. Foreign Minister, Colonel Beck, hav reached an agreement for dose: collaboration between their two countries in foreign policy, with a common outlook on the European situation and friendliness toward Czechoslovakia.
