The commander of’the Republican fleet telegraphed to General Casado, stating: "The Republican fleet, whose morale is excellent, is at your disposal.” It is reported from Paris that the Spanish Republican fleet surrendered at Bizerta, the breech blocks of the guns ’being removed and the ammunition sealed and officers disarmed. A message from Bizerta states that three Spanish Republican cruisers and eight destroyers have arrived there escorted by a French cruiser and several destroyers.

A message from Toulouse states that the former Republican Prime Minister, Senor Negrin and the former Foreign Minister, Senor Delvayo, left to-day for Paris. Paris reports state that on their arrival Senor Negrin and Senor Delvayo eluded journalists by quitting the train at the Austerlitz station.
