Refugee Doctors Evidence of the number of refugee Jewish doctors in the Dominion is the fact that there are 14 in the same class at the Otago Medical School. According to a ruling made in February toy the .New Zealand Medical Council, refugee doctors who seek the right of practice in New Zealand, whatever their qualifications, must first study for three years at the Otago -Medical School.
