DETAINED IN JAPAN
BRITISH OFFICERS CREW OF FREIGHTER (Rec. Dec. 31, 2.10 p.m.) TOKIO, Dec. 30. The Japanese police have detained the captain and two British mates and 44 Chinese members of the crew of the freighter Hannah Mollter, which is suspected of violating territorial waters.
