SECRET GERMAN TRIAL
PLOT AGAINST HITLER ASSASSINATION BALLOT (.Reed. Dec. 31. 2.40 p.m.) BERLIN. Dec. 30. The secret trial of 20 persons arrested in November on charges of treason will begin probably on January 3. According to the indictment the accused drew lots to decide who would attempt to assassinate Herr Hitler. Stores, arms and explosives are alleged to have been secreted in various parts of Germany.
