FILM COMEDIAN’S WIFE
DIVORCE SUIT FILED HARASSED BY EX - WIVES (Reed. Dec. 30, 9 a.m.) HOLLYWOOD, Dec. 28. Illiana, the Russian singer, whom the film comedian Stan Laurel married three times on January 2 at civil, Russian and Orthodox ceremonies, has filed a petition for divorce, alleging that her husband’s former wives have constantly harassed her and caused the fire brigade “to come bursting into her home at ungodly hours.’’ She added that she was besieged by anonymous telephone calls and unsigned letters.
