OBJECTIVE OF SOVIET LARGER FACTORY OUTPUT (Rice. Tel. Copyright — United Press Assn. I (Reed. Dec. 30, 9 a.m.) MOSCOW, Dec. 29. In an attempt to stimulate the industrial output, the Soviet Government has created the title “Hero of Socialist Labour” which will rank with the “Hero of the Socialist Union.” The new award entitles the holder to a stipend, money premiums, housing and a motor car. It is intended to create a super-group of privileged workers.
