GRANDSTAND RAZED
ESTIMATED £20,000 LOSS • (Reed. Dec. 29, 1.15 p.m.) MELBOURNE, Dec. 29. The grandstand at the Epsom racecourse was destroyed by fire last night. The damage is estimated at £20,000. Races were held at Epsom yesterday, and. it is believed that the fire was started by a cigarette.
