NUHAKA SHOW
JUDGES APPOINTED SCHEDULES IN DEMAND (Humid Con-uspondunt.) The following judges have been appointed for the forthcoming Nuhaka A. and P. Show, and have intimated their intention to adjudicate:— Saddle horses and competition: Mr. D. B. Omerod, Gisborne. Harness and pack horses: Mr. .1. M. Taylor, Whakaki. Fat sheep: Mr. D. F. Hare, Gisborne. Flock sheep: Mr. R. E. Jefferson, Wairoa. Dairy cattle: Mr. K. J. Shaw, Wairoa. Pigs: Mr. D. Beattie, Opotiki. Dogs: Mr. D. Glynan, Wairoa. Vegetables and fruit: Mr. J. G. Bretherton, Wairoa. Cooking: Mrs. H. Atkins, Patutahi. Flowers: Mr. C. Hocking, Wairoa. Art and crafts: Miss K. Monteath, Kotemaori.
The secretary, Mr. P. .T. Brewster, informed the Herald's Nuhaka representative, that the Show schedules were in great demand, and there was every indication of a record number of entries. The champion woollen ribbons had been secured. Mr. D. A. Hughes has donated one for champion boar, and Mr. J. Small, one vor champion sow.
