BRITISH MILK BILL RE-EXAMINATION PLANNED (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Dec. !. .. The Prime Minister, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, announced in the House of Commons that the second reading of the Government’s milk bill, against which considerable agitation has arisen in various quarters and which has been the subject of strong criticism by some Conservative members of Parliament from the agricultural constituencies, would be postponed, pending a re-examination of the whole of the milk problem.
