BANKER TO RETIRE

13 YEARS’ SERVICE

(Per Press Association.) HAMILTON, this day

Mi. C. IT. Corfe, manager of the Hamilton branch of the Bank of New South Wales, will retire on pension on December 51, after 45 years' service.

I-Ie was formerly stationed at New Plymouth, Hawera, Palea, and Waverley.

He will be succeeded by Mr. J. E. Marnane, assistant to the chief inspector of States other than New South Wales, who arrives at Wellington. on December 3.
