PROCEEDINGS DROPPED
SYDNEY FRAUD CASE (Elce. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) SYDNEY, Oct. 10. The Attorney-General has decided that no further proceedings shall be taken against Eric Campbell, H. W. Lloyd and R. A. Duesbury. The three accused were acquitted last week on a charge of conspiracy to defraud the creditors of Du Menier Laboratories, Limited, and immediately after the conclusion of the case were charged with conspiracy to falsify certain books of a public company, and pleaded not guilty and were remanded for trial.
