FUNDS FOR UNIVERSITY RESPONSE BY PUBLIC OVER £460,000 DONATED (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 1.30 p.m. RUGBY, Aug. 3. The public appeal for Oxford University was closed on Saturday last, July 31.
